Job Summary
Assistant Manager II responsible for supervising staff, hiring and developing employees, creating a positive environment for employees and customers, analyzing daily sales to maximize sales, meeting banking, safety, operations and legal requirements, controlling expenses (labor, inventory, maintenance), assigning and following up on daily tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues; requires 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to motivate others, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, and a high school diploma or equivalent; includes a required 5-week manager-training course and opportunities for advancement; benefits include dental, health, vision insurance, paid time off, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
