Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales growth, guiding and coaching the store team, recruiting, hiring, and developing personnel, managing inventory and placing orders to meet customer demand, overseeing visual merchandising and store presentation, analyzing sales data to address trends, controlling costs, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and visual standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating on marketing initiatives and promotions to support overall business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework or a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
