Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise, assisting with opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining displays and stockrooms, ordering and loss prevention, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and developing Store Associates while fostering a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties including walking, standing, lifting, and moving merchandise
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
