Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role responsible for supporting store operations, customer service, and team development. Key duties include opening/closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintaining promotional fixtures, processing payroll and scheduling, inventory and loss prevention, adherence to company policies, and training/developing Store Associates while ensuring a positive, safe, and professional environment for customers and staff. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and prior store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store settings; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and strong communication skills; full-time position based in Paterson, NJ.
