Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring all safety policies and corporate directives are followed. Support the Store Manager by supervising, training, and developing Store Associates, managing payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits. Process damaged merchandise, handle loss prevention, and maintain promotional displays to meet company standards. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking or standing as needed. Work full-time at 230 Morganton Blvd Sw, Lenoir, North Carolina, with a focus on creating memorable customer experiences and building a supportive team environment.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
