Assistant Manager II

Assistant Store Manager II role responsible for assisting with store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include supporting opening/closing procedures, directing merchandise flow from delivery to floor, maintaining promotional displays, training and supervising Store Associates, ensuring compliance with policies, payroll and scheduling tasks, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a high-energy team, and ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Full-time position at Family Dollar located in Kansas City, KS.
