Job Summary
Assist with store functions, customer service, and team development by organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintaining seasonal areas, and executing opening and closing procedures. Process corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage promotional displays, and oversee ordering, damaged goods, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits. Ensure store cleanliness, security of assets, and adherence to safety policies while supervising, training, and developing Store Associates. Maintain a positive, safe environment and address customer concerns professionally. Full-time role in Mojave, California, with a salary range of $20 to $20.75.
Required Qualifications
- ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
