Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with daily store functions, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise between the delivery truck, stockroom, and sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional fixtures and displays, assisting in ordering merchandise and loss prevention, and helping supervise and develop store associates while ensuring a positive, safe, and professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.

- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed
