Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise transfers, and maintaining seasonal displays. Address customer inquiries directly, ensure safety compliance, and manage inventory, cash registers, and payroll records. Supervise and train store associates while enforcing company policies and loss prevention protocols. Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom, including restroom upkeep and general housekeeping. Part-time schedule available in Belton, Missouri. Requires high school diploma, retail management experience, and ability to lift 55 lbs.
