Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager position focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, engaging customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to floor, opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, ordering and processing merchandise, payroll and scheduling duties, loss prevention, and safeguarding store assets. Supervising and developing Store Associates, ensuring a positive and safe environment, maintaining store cleanliness, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments (preferred). Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy, team-centric setting with strong communication and customer service skills.
