Assist Store Manager with store functions and day-to-day activities; lead customer service and staff development; organize merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor; support opening/closing; process directives, payroll/scheduling, and cash handling; maintain store readiness, inventory, displays, and loss prevention; ensure safety and policy compliance; supervise and train store associates; foster a positive, professional environment with customers and team; role emphasizes people leadership, operations coordination, and adherence to company standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and physical requirements as described
