Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development; responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, directing merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, maintaining promotional displays, processing payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, training and developing Store Associates, ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant store environment, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-energy team setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is required
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
