Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, conducting opening/closing tasks, processing directives and payroll/scheduling tasks, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with ordering and loss prevention, ensuring clean and well-stocked areas, and supporting the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), prior store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments (preferred), and ability to lift up to 55 lbs with strong communication and customer-service skills.
