Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager II role overseeing store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with opening/closing procedures, directing merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, maintaining promotional fixtures and displays, processing corporate directives and paperwork (Payroll, Scheduling, cash handling), loss prevention, training and development of Store Associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and professional environment, and supporting the Store Manager. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; capable of lifting up to 55 lbs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills

- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
