Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by assisting with opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, and maintaining seasonal displays. Address customer questions and concerns while ensuring a positive, safe environment for associates. Process corporate directives including Pull and Hold/Destroy requests, manage payroll and cash deposits, and perform loss prevention tasks. Supervise and train Store Associates, enforce safety policies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the store. Full-time position located at 5923 Dollarway Rd, Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
