Job Summary
Lead store operations by performing opening and closing procedures, protecting company assets, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. Manage freight flow, process DSD merchandise receipts, and order stock for frozen and refrigerated sections. Assist the Store Manager with merchandising, planning Clip Strips and Power Panels, implementing monthly Sales Planners, and executing Pull and Hold/Destroy directives. Ensure the sales floor is sales-effective while fostering a positive environment for customers and associates. Full-time position at 3878 Goodman Rd., Horn Lake, Mississippi.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Prior retail and management experience
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail and management experience is preferred
