Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining promotional displays. Assist customers, address concerns, and ensure a safe, respectful environment while enforcing safety guidelines and company policies. Manage inventory by ordering and processing damaged goods, handle payroll and cash register deposits, and conduct loss prevention activities. Supervise and develop Store Associates through training and performance support. Maintain store cleanliness, restock bathrooms, and secure all company assets. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking or standing. Full-time position at Family Dollar in Haines City, Florida, with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
