Job Summary
Manage store operations, customer service, and team development by assisting with daily functions, organizing merchandise transfers, and maintaining seasonal displays. Process corporate directives, order stock, and handle record keeping including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits while ensuring loss prevention and asset security. Perform opening and closing procedures, uphold safety guidelines, and supervise Store Associates to train and develop them. Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards. Full-time role in Lillington, North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
