Job Summary
Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities; supervise and develop Store Associates; help customers in a positive, approachable manner; organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor; perform opening and closing procedures; process corporate directives; maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays; assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; maintain store areas to company standards; protect assets; ensure safety policies are followed; provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff; engage in duties as assigned; full-time availability in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks including walking, standing, kneeling, climbing, lifting
