Assistant Manager II

Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Help with opening and closing procedures, organize and transfer merchandise from the delivery truck to the stockroom and sales floor, and maintain seasonal areas. Ensure promotional displays are effective, process payroll and scheduling, handle cash deposits and receipts, participate in loss prevention, and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with policies. Supervise and train Store Associates, foster a positive, safe, and respectful environment, and support adherence to ADA and equal opportunity practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented retail setting. This is a full-time position.
