Job Summary
Assist with store operations, customer service, and team development; manage merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; perform opening and closing procedures; process directives related to payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; maintain store displays and promotional fixtures; assist in ordering and loss prevention; ensure cleanliness and safety, protect assets, and support the Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates; deliver professional, positive customer experiences and collaborate in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
