Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked sales floor. Assist customers with inquiries, supervise and train associates, and process corporate directives such as Pull and Hold/Destroy requests. Manage inventory ordering, record keeping, payroll, and cash register deposits while ensuring safety compliance and asset security. Perform physical tasks like lifting up to 55 lbs and restocking bathrooms. Work full-time at the Oak Lawn store earning $18.50–$19.25 hourly.
