Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom, and maintaining seasonal displays. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring a safe, respectful environment for associates. Manage inventory, process payroll and cash deposits, and enforce loss prevention and safety policies. Supervise and train Store Associates to uphold company standards for cleanliness and merchandising. Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 55 lbs and cleaning restrooms and floors. Work full-time in Alameda, California, with a salary range of $21 to $21.75.
