Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Help customers in a positive, approachable manner; organize and move merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor; support opening/closing procedures; process directives and communications; maintain promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays; assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; support loss prevention and safety compliance; supervise and train Store Associates; ensure a clean, well-stocked, safe, and professional store environment; provide exceptional customer service and a positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives
