Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations, assist with store functions, and manage opening and closing procedures. Direct customer service by addressing concerns, organize merchandise transfers, and maintain seasonal displays and fixtures. Process corporate directives, handle payroll and scheduling, and ensure loss prevention while protecting company assets. Supervise and train Store Associates to uphold safety policies and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. Perform physical duties including lifting up to 55 lbs and frequent walking or standing. Full-time position at 3846 S Grand Boulevard, St Louis, Missouri.

Desired Qualifications
