Assistant Manager

Directly supervise restaurant employees and manage front- and back-of-house operations with emphasis on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth, while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service. Responsibilities also include developing team members. Restaurant Assistant Managers must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends, holidays, and late nights. The majority of our business is on weekends and holidays.
