Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focused on supporting store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, supporting opening/closing procedures, processing directives and communications, maintaining promotional displays, assisting with merchandise ordering and inventory tasks, payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment, and supervising/training store associates under the Store Manager. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required; ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy, team environment is expected.
