Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, maintaining promotional displays, and organizing merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor. Assist customers with questions and concerns while ensuring a safe, respectful environment through adherence to safety guidelines and company policies. Manage inventory by processing damaged goods, recording keeping for payroll and cash registers, and performing loss prevention tasks. Supervise and train store associates, maintain cleanliness of all store areas, and secure company assets including cash. Work part-time or full-time shifts in a high-energy retail environment, lifting up to 55 lbs and performing frequent physical tasks.
