Job Summary
Assistant Manager I role focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory control, loss prevention, ensuring store areas meet company standards, safeguarding assets, adhering to safety policies, training and developing Store Associates, fostering a positive and respectful environment, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
