Assistant Manager I

Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities, assist the Store Manager with merchandising, freight processing, stock needs, and maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable store. Lead and participate in merchandising tasks (clip strips, power panels), manage freight flow and stock replenishment, plan and execute monthly sales planners, ensure policy and safety compliance, protect store assets, and deliver professional customer service in a high-energy, team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required; ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical duties as part of a dynamic retail setting. In-store duties include opening/closing procedures, cleaning, stockroom maintenance, and adherence to corporate directives and safety guidelines.
