Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development; perform opening and closing procedures, merchandise transfers from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, and ensure seasonal areas are maintained. Manage payroll and scheduling, processing damaged merchandise and maintaining records, uphold loss prevention and safety policies, keep the store clean and organized, and support training and development of store associates while maintaining a positive, professional environment.
