Job Summary
Assist with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, executing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and records (payroll, scheduling, deposits), loss prevention, keeping store areas clean and presentable, and supervising/training store associates to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and strong communication skills are required; part-time role located in Johnson City, TN.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
