Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with daily store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include assisting with opening/closing procedures, organizing merchandise transfer from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor, maintaining promotional fixtures and displays, processing payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. Supervise and train Store Associates, maintain professional interactions with customers and leaders, and support adherence to policies. Part-time opportunity at Family Dollar in Manning, SC. Includes opportunities to engage with customers and contribute to a positive store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
