Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service and team development. Responsibilities include helping with day-to-day store activities, assisting customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and payroll/scheduling/cash handling, preserving store cleanliness and safety, and supporting training and development of Store Associates to ensure a positive, professional environment for customers and staff.
