Assistant Manager I

Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service and team development; help organize merchandise flow from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; perform opening and closing procedures; process corporate directives including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; maintain promotional displays and store fixtures; assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, and record-keeping; ensure loss prevention and safety; supervise and develop Store Associates; maintain a clean, well-stocked store and professional customer interactions; uphold ADA compliance and equal opportunity practices.
