Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focusing on store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, guiding customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, assisting with opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives and audits, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory tasks, payroll and scheduling records, loss prevention, ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment, and supporting the Store Manager in training and developing store associates. Requires high school diploma (preferable) and store-management experience in retail/grocery/drug store settings; physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform ongoing walking, standing, and cleaning tasks.
Required Qualifications

- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
