Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role focused on supporting store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and loss prevention, payroll and scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-presented store. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
