Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, and maintaining seasonal areas. Assist customers by addressing their questions and concerns while ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment. Manage store assets by processing corporate directives, handling payroll and cash deposits, and enforcing safety policies. Supervise and train Store Associates to uphold company standards for cleanliness, stockroom organization, and loss prevention. Perform physical duties such as lifting up to 55 lbs and sweeping floors. Work part-time at 171 Ninth Avenue, Foley, Alabama.
