Job Summary
Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities, supervise and develop store associates, manage merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, support opening/closing procedures, process directives and payroll/scheduling tasks, maintain displays and store cleanliness, handle cash deposits and loss prevention, and ensure safety and adherence to company policies while delivering positive customer service in a part-time role at the Anna, Illinois location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
