Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include aiding with opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives, merchandising and stockroom management, order processing, payroll scheduling, loss prevention, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Requires ability to read and interpret operational directives, strong communication skills, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and ability to work in a high-energy, team-oriented retail setting.
