Job Summary
Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities, help customers in a positive manner, organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom/ sales floor, perform opening/closing procedures, process directives, maintain promotional displays, assist in payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, and supervise/train store associates to ensure a positive, safe, and professional environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, kneeling, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills
