Assistant Manager I

Assistant Store Manager I responsible for store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include assisting with daily store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, performing opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory control, payroll and scheduling tasks, and ensuring loss prevention and safety standards. Requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs and strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills; store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred. Part-time role based in Hazel Green, AL, with emphasis on maintaining a positive, safe, and productive store environment.
