Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager I focused on supporting store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise from delivery to floor, opening/closing procedures, processing directives, maintaining promotional displays, ordering and handling merchandise, payroll and scheduling records, loss prevention, asset protection, ensuring store areas meet company standards, and supervising/training Store Associates. Requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a high-energy, team environment, and commitment to safety and customer service excellence. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
