Job Summary
Assist the Store Manager with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include helping with opening/closing procedures, merchandising from delivery to stockroom to sales floor, processing payroll and scheduling, maintaining store displays and promotional effectiveness, and supporting loss prevention and safety procedures. Responsible for training and supervising Store Associates, ensuring a positive and professional environment, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom, and handling various store duties such as inventory, ordering, and cash handling while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required
