Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role assisting the Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include aiding with day-to-day store activities, helping customers, organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, executing opening/closing procedures, processing corporate directives and records, maintaining promotional effectiveness of fixtures and displays, assisting in ordering and processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling record-keeping, loss prevention, ensuring a clean and organized store and safe environment, helping supervise and develop Store Associates, and upholding company policies and safety guidelines. Requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store settings is preferred. Part-time position located in Opp, Alabama.
Required Qualifications
