Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to assist with store operations, customer service, and team development. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, merchandising and stockroom transfers, processing payroll and scheduling, loss prevention, maintaining storefront displays, ordering merchandise, handling damaged goods, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and prior store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store settings. Part-time position located at 3515 W Highway 84, Blackshear, GA in a Family Dollar store, with emphasis on creating a positive, safe, and professional environment for customers and associates. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
