Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development; organize merchandise, transfer from delivery to stockroom to sales floor as needed, and maintain seasonal areas. Perform opening and closing procedures, process directives, manage payroll/scheduling, and maintain displays and loss prevention. Ensure clean, safe, and well-presented store environment; provide strong communication and customer service, and train/develop store associates. Part-time role located in West Hempstead, NY; requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in a high-energy retail setting.
