Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include supporting opening/closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor, maintaining promotional fixtures and displays, processing directives and communications, assisting with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention, and ensuring a safe, positive work environment with professional customer interactions. Requires ability to lift up to 55 lbs and strong communication and organizational skills; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; store-management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
