Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, organizing merchandise from delivery to sales floor, and maintaining seasonal displays. Address customer inquiries, ensure a safe and respectful environment, and protect company assets like cash. Process corporate directives, manage payroll and scheduling, and oversee inventory and loss prevention. Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing store associates while adhering to safety policies and cleaning standards. Full-time position at 1117 Ridge Rd., Rockwall, Texas.
Required Qualifications
- ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.)
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Part time
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment
