Job Summary
Assist Store Manager with store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor, performing opening and closing procedures, processing directives and communications, maintaining promotional displays, assisting in ordering and inventory processes, payroll and scheduling records, and ensuring safety and loss prevention. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a high-energy team environment, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
